UFS101 - 3rd Reflection Topic
A healty life that i wish is,firstly in the morning i need a sources of carbohydrates such as milk,and bread.other then that in the afternoon needs to eat that can give a protein such as fish, poultry, white meat, egg white, milk, low / non fat.while also in the evening needs to eat that can give Vegetable protein sources such as beans and pulses and the resulting the last once is that can give our vitamin and mineral such as vegetable and fruit.by following these dietary measures our health is guaranteed.
